Ayurveda Treatments

Schedule of the Cure

The cure starts with a detailed consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Kumara and lasts around 30 minutes.

This includes a pulse diagnosis and determination of the constitution type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). The doctor will ask you several questions concerning your former diseases or actual problems. After the consultation he will settle your medicine. The medicine is given two times a day before meals.

Your daily treatment plan is made by the doctor together with the support of our therapists Dilshan and Shalika. Every evening you get your treatment plan for the next day. Our daily massages last around 2,5 hours and include 3-4 different types.

Within your cure you get a regularly check up with the doctor and your constitution is controlled. If you have any problems in between our consultations one doctor is always in the resort.
